Tempting Tidbits – Terms of Service

By placing an order with Tempting Tidbits, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ordering Policy

All orders must be placed through our website form or by direct communication via email or social media. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received in full.

Tempting Tidbits reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to availability, scheduling, or location limitations.

2. Payment Policy

Invoices are sent after form submission and must be paid in full before pickup or delivery is scheduled.
We accept credit/debit cards through secure online payment platforms.

Prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability, custom requests, or market conditions.

3. Delivery & Pickup Policy

Delivery: Available within Collin County, Texas, for an additional fee noted at the time of ordering.

Pickup: Available in Downtown McKinney on designated dates and times communicated at the time of ordering.

Once a pickup or delivery time is scheduled, it is the customer’s responsibility to be available. Missed pickups or deliveries may not be refunded.

4. Custom Orders

Tempting Tidbits offers simple color customization. All customization requests must be noted during the ordering process. We do not guarantee exact color matching but will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Product Care

Our products are made fresh in a home kitchen operating under Texas Cottage Food Law. They do not require refrigeration but should be stored in a cool, shaded area. Products should not be left in direct sunlight or extreme heat, as this may cause melting or damage.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

Custom orders and holiday drops are non-refundable once confirmed and paid.

No refunds for missed pickups or late delivery requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tempting Tidbits is not responsible for allergic reactions or issues resulting from mishandling products after pickup or delivery. All products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

8. Texas Cottage Food Law Notice

Tempting Tidbits operates under Texas Cottage Food Law. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
